The Growth of the Pasta Factory
The Pasta Factory has made Fileja its main product, becoming the driving force behind the company’s development and growth. Thanks to continuous investments over the years, the company is now able to produce approximately 5,000 kilograms of pasta per day across three production lines: Short Bronze Extruded Pasta, Long Bronze Extruded Pasta, and Regional Formats.
THE NEW FACILITY
The new facility covers 2,000 square meters and is equipped with a 60 kW photovoltaic system for electricity production. The machinery used is cutting-edge, featuring 4.0 technology.
