Bring to a boil in plenty of salted water (1 liter of water for every 100g of pasta), then add the pasta and cook according to the times indicated on the package. Stir the pasta occasionally. Drain the pasta and season to taste.
The organoleptic qualities of Fiorillo artisanal pasta remain unchanged only if the pasta is stored in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
